At the heart of our organisation, teams in the Information Services directorate collect and analyse data, then convert it into useful information. Typical outputs of this work can be seen in our statistical publications or as part of our our services.
Business Development and Communications
Identifying opportunities, delivering services and engaging with our stakeholders, the Business Development and Communications directorate is made up of our Business Development; Programme Management Office; Contact Centre; Information Technology and Marketing Communications & Media teams.
Information Governance
Ensuring all information is dealt with in a legal and ethical manner, the Information Governance directorate is made up of our Information Governance; Statistical Governance; Knowledge Management; Data Quality; Medical Research Information Service and NHS Central Register teams.
Workforce
Providing a vital role in supporting our organisation, the Workforce directorate is made up of our Human Resources and Learning and Development teams.
Finance and Performance
Providing a vital role in supporting our organisation, the Finance and Performance directorate is made up of our Finance; Procurement; Office Services and Commercial Management teams.
