Changes to the HCHS Census Process 2010
We have written a leaflet to inform you about the changes planned for the 2010 Workforce Census this year.
Most importantly we wish to remind you that the 2010 census extract will take place in November and extracts will no longer be sent to Trusts for validation. So now is your opportunity to improve your organisation's data quality within the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) by mid-October in time for the 2010 Census extract in November 2010.
Workforce information now has a great variety of uses which have potential effects on both individual NHS employers and the wider NHS, so the quality of data submitted is extremely important.
