NHS staff aim to give the best possible care to patients. The NHS complaints procedure was set up to use for patients who want to complain about the services or treatment they got from the NHS.
All NHS organisations have to monitor complaints received, how long it took to resolve the issue, as well as the service and subject areas the complaint refers to.
