ZBR workstreams and supporting documents
This phase of the ZBR will be delivered through the establishment of a set of workstreams charged with considering data collection requirements within a defined scope.
The four main workstreams are:
Reablement
- To identify a relevant data set that will capture the extent and impact of short term care provision within the sector.
Safeguarding
- To identify a relevant data set that will effectively describe the extent and impact of safeguarding provision within the sector.
Personalised Support and Services
- To identify a relevant data set that will effectively describe the extent and impact of personalised service provision within the sector.
Finance and Activity
- To identify a relevant data set that will effectively profile the use of public sector funding for the support of social care.
In addition, a fifth group will be considering issues around equalities, categorisation and classifications (EQ-CL):
To develop a framework of profile and classification measures that can be consistently applied to all relevant data sets.
The workgroups have a shared methodology, utilising teleconferencing and a virtual discussion forum to help maximise group members' contribution while minimising demands on their time.
