The aim of the 3 and 18 month questionnaires is to improve the quality of care provided to those women diagnosed with breast cancer or DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ).

3 month questionnaire

The 3 month questionnaire will assess the patient's satisfaction with surgery and include experiences after hospital discharge.

• questionnaire for women who have recently had breast reconstruction surgery
• questionnaire for women who have recently had mastectomy surgery with a breast reconstruction
• questionnaire for women who have recently had mastectomy surgery

18 month questionnaire

The 18 month questionnaire will measure the quality of life outcomes of women with breast cancer or DCIS who have undergone mastectomy with or without breast reconstruction surgery.
