 Due to an error in the Comparative Hospital Level Analysis for England 2010/11 datasheet, figures relating to Staffing for Dewsbury and District Hospital and to Staff Knowledge (emotional support and ability to answer questions) for Royal Derby Hospital have been updated. These are cell references P150 to S150 and AL102 to AM102 respectively. No other figures are affected.

Mortality Analysis

Note: A typesetting error in headings of 'Appendix V - Primary care trust data' was corrected at 17:30 on 14/12/2011. This error caused the headings to incorrectly read 'University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust' and 'Blackpool and Fylde & Wyre Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust'. This has been corrected to 'England background population' and 'England NDA Type 2 diabetes patients'.
