Submission Timetable
All providers of specialist mental health services for adults and older adults are required to submit returns to the Department of Health.
Organisations are required to make two separate submissions each quarter - a submission for the most recent quarter and a 'refreshed' (R) submission for the previous quarter. From Q1 2011 these returns are submitted using the Bureau Service Portal provided by the Systems and Service Delivery Team at Connecting for Health.

During the course of the 2012-2013 submissions will move from a quarterly to a monthly submission so that monthly submissions have been established by April 2013. This means we should aim to start to flow monthly submissions during the second half of the year. However the precise timetable has not yet been confirmed.
This is to support Payment by Results for mental health.
