Meetings
Our meetings are open to the public and the agenda and papers are published in advance.
You are welcome to attend public sessions of our board meetings as an observer, but we need you to give us at least 7 days notice. Please include your name (title, first and surname); position and organisation (if applicable) address and email address (if possible), plus details of any special needs (for example sight, hearing or mobility access).
As an observer you are not entitled to participate or ask questions. Any queries on the content of board papers for public sessions should be sent to:
